The BayCare Board of Trustees, comprised of established, well-respected members of our community, is entrusted to support the Mission, Vision, Values and strategic plan of our organization. The board helps ensure quality, growth, financial performance and strategic directives, while also strengthening our community involvement. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, BayCare is overseen by a volunteer Board of Trustees that includes representation from its founding member organizations.
